In Vinnytsia region the businessman have caused state losses of more than a million hryvnia,illegally felled oaks
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region reported suspected physical person-entrepreneur, in violation of article 69 of the Forestry code of Ukraine, without special permits entitling them to conduct felling of trees, has committed illegal felling of trees 214 rocks "Oak" in protective forest belts on the territory Semantico and Zanjkovetska territorial community of Nemirov area, than caused damage to the state in the amount of 1 million 117 thousand UAH. Actions guilty are qualified under article 246 of the criminal code of Ukraine – illegal cutting of forests and the court directed the election petition offender the measure of restraint in form of detention. Now prepare the suspicions of other persons involved in specified crimes. Also the Prosecutor's office prepared a lawsuit against responsible parties for compensation of damages.
