Kovalskoy local Prosecutor's office supported the state prosecution in criminal proceedings against a 29-year resident of the city of Dubno of Rivne region, who robbed the house of coolcan. About 8 o'clock in the morning on November 18 last year, the man who was earlier repeatedly brought to trial, picking up the key, entered the apartment in the house on Vladimirskaya street in Kovel. Seizing money found in the apartment, Bank cards, multiple watches and jewelry (14290 UAH.), the robber was about to leave the house, but on the threshold faced by the hosts who have returned home. Despite the fact that the attacker managed to escape, the landlord with son-in-law, who rushed to the aid, detained him in the forest not far from the streets of Taras Borovets in Kovel and gave into the hands of law enforcement. During a pretrial investigation, the man sincerely repented and actively contributed to solving the crime. Sentence Kovel district court he was found guilty of the robbery combined with penetration into dwelling (a criminal offense under part 3 of article 186 of the Criminal code of Ukraine) and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment.
