Yesterday, March 14, to Narodychi district was visited by a consultant to the world Bank Vlam Dlonger and specialist in the public sector of the world Bank in Ukraine Iryna Shcherbyna. The purpose of the visit was to see how the lives of the United territorial community. One of the main issues of interest to the representatives of the world Bank is a United functioning of territorial communities, local budgets, financial viability and intergovernmental relations. Vlam Delinger noted that as Narodichi district is one of the first in Ukraine United in a society, so they are very interested in how the budget of the community and why the district decided to go in one combined community. "From 15 rural councils, which were in the district, only 6 were self-sufficient, in other financial viability is not allowed to solve any of the issues except payment of wages of the rural councils. Therefore it was necessary to consolidate their funds with 15 village, 1 village and 1 district councils into one budget", – said the Chairman of the village Council Anatoly Leonchuk.
