M. Chernigov: held "round table" with the participation of rescuers,representatives of public and labor business organizations
March 15, in Chernihiv in the state emergency service held a "round table" with participation of rescuers, representatives of public organizations and trade unions of entrepreneurs. This event was held for the purpose of roses’an explanation of the main requirements of the legislation in the field of fire and technogenic safety, the promotion of entrepreneurship, reduction of pressure on business entities’farming, discussing the challenges, floor’connected with the reform of the SSES and the change in legislation on inspection. During the "round constant" rescuers and entrepreneurs discussed the issues of cooperation in providing fire and technogenic safety, to prevent cases of corruption. Discussed problematic issues on the introduction of state insurance for the sub’management as an alternative to the planned activities of state supervision (control) in the sphere of fire and technogenic safety and the role of insurance companies in ensuring fire and technogenic safety in the state. In particular, T. V. and. the head of Department of gschs of Ukraine in the Chernigov area the Colonel of service of civil protection Dmitry Biscotti said: "Our meeting aims to find joint solutions and ways to overcome existing problems, because the main goal of rescue is to prevent fires and emergency situations and to help entrepreneurs to build a secure business. In security we should not be enemies, but partners and allies". Also during the "round table" reviewed the Declaration of compliance of material base of the sub’management of the legal requirements for fire safety, conduct routine, unscheduled inspections and the application of measures of restraint, the basic requirements of technogenic safety of objects’high-risk facilities. Also discussed the problematic issues of et’related content in the areas of rural fire organizations, fire safety in the ecological systems of the region, warning of death and traumatizing of people when it detects a suspicious or explosive items, death of people on water about’objects and content protective structures in good condition. Following the meeting the present representatives of public organizations and entrepreneurs expressed gratitude to the leadership of the regional Department SSES for openness, transparency and support engagement providing fire and technogenic safety.
