Khmelnytskyi: the chiefs of guards of fire and rescue units of the region have developed their professional skills
During 15-17 March in three garrisons rapid response – cities Cam’Kamenetz-Podolsky, Khmelnitsky and nepolokivtsi held training with the chiefs of guards of fire-rescue units of the Main Department of civil service on emergency situations of the region. The main objective of fees is to increase the level of practical training of rescuers. During classes focused on the study of features of rescue at road accidents with participation of vehicles with a hybrid drive system and suppression tactics during fire. Also rescuers have worked out the basic techniques of conducting exploration in unsuitable for breathing environment. Their professional skills were demonstrated in the premises of teplogenerator, where the conditional was looking for the victim and evacuated him to fresh air. Also, there have been theoretical knowledge by organizing office documents. Such training by senior management are held quarterly, which qualitatively affect the level of Executive development for fire departments and, consequently, increases the level of readiness of units to perform assigned tasks.
