Polish colleagues have prepared Ternopil lifeguards to work with the special vehicle chemical protection
for many years of fruitful collaboration between Ternopil rescuers and firefighters from the Silesian Voivodeship of Poland. Polish colleagues not only share with employees the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations the best European practices, but also help to implement the newest technologies in the activities of fire and rescue service in the prevention of disasters and other emergencies, emergency care in case of emergencies and events. In particular, in the period from 14 to 18 March on the basis of the rescue squad of special purpose Control SSES of Ukraine in Ternopil region qualified specialists from Poland prepared Ternopil lifeguards to work with the special vehicle chemical protection, equipped on the chassis of Jelcz and presented to Ukrainian colleagues in December 2015. The vehicle is designed for disaster recovery, it’associated with the release into the environment of various harmful chemicals and liquidation of other emergency situations of technogenic character. During p’ateenage training the staff of service of rescue "101" under the leadership of the Polish trainers received the necessary knowledge and skills needed to work with modern equipment of the vehicle that have successfully passed exams and received corresponding certificates.
