the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region declared suspicious owner and Director of one of private enterprises of the region, through the conclusion of contracts of storage of seeds, carried out the assignment and acquisition of seeds of soya, sunflower and wheat State enterprise "State reserve seed Fund of Ukraine" on a large scale. For rezultatem audit the actions of the criminal group caused damage to the state more than $ 12 million. At the present time in relation to the owner of the enterprise as the organizer of a crime preventive measure in the form of detention with the definition of Deposit in the amount of 410 000 UAH. Actions offenders qualified for part 5, article 191 of the criminal code of Ukraine - misappropriation, embezzlement or the acquisition of another property by abuse of official face of official position on preliminary arrangement by group of persons committed in especially large sizes, for which the law provides punishment by deprivation of liberty for a term from seven till twelve years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years and with confiscation of property. Along with this will not remain without due attention of the prosecution and actions of State enterprise "State reserve seed Fund of Ukraine», who through their actions have made causing the state enormous losses.
