In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office had taken measures to redress the state of losses resulting from unauthorized capture of the land plot
As previously reported, the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 197-1 of the criminal code on the fact of unauthorized capture of lands of historical and cultural significance on the territory Melnykovska village Council of Nemirov region For the committed criminal offense, the Deputy of a village Council of Nemirov region Prosecutor reported about suspicion in Commission of crime provided by part 2 of article 197-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine. In the course of the investigation’found that at the direction of the suspect planted a plot of land of historical and cultural significance of the area 11,4816 ha,in connection’connection with the interests of the state suffered damage amounting to over almost 60 thousand UAH. After carrying out all necessary investigative and other procedural actions in criminal proceedings before the suspect'revealed to a claim for compensation for inflicted damages and criminal proceedings sent to the court. During judicial consideration the damage caused to the state by the unauthorized seizure of a land plot, the perpetrator refunded in full and the land released.
