In Vinnytsia region convicted the teacher of one of universities
Recall Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office has implemented procedural direction and support public prosecution in criminal proceedings provided for part 1 article 368 of the criminal code of Ukraine in respect of associate Professor one Department of Vinnytsia national agrarian University of Ukraine. Vinnitsa city court he was found guilty of committing a crime under part 1 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine upon receipt of undue advantage for the successful passing of the exam and course work from a student who is studying in this school. As commented by the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia local prosecutors Trump Sergei, yesterday, the court verdict of Professor convicted under part 1 of article 368 of the criminal code of Ukraine punishment in the form of a fine of 17 thousand UAH with deprivation of the right to engage in teaching for a period of 3 years.
