The person responsible for a fatal accident in Lutsk at the request of the regional Prosecutor's office changed the measure of restraint to detention
At the request of the Prosecutor's office of area 23-year-old lucanio, which, as previously reported, the evening of 12 December 2015 about 21 hours, moving in Lutsk, Rivne street in the direction of Liberty Avenue, had an accident with a fatal outcome, the court changed a measure of restraint in the form of house arrest on detention. The reason for change of measure of restraint was a violation by defendant of the conditions of stay under house arrest, because at night he left his residence and was detained in one of night clubs of the regional centre.
