"Hot spot", the anti-terrorist operation, "the syndrome of ATO" - such notions are, unfortunately, part of our everyday life, causing a desire to help those whom this undeclared war touched their wings – the people who are on duty to ensure peace and tranquility in Ukraine. Therefore, in this situation, one important task of the employment service is providing for them "out of battle", the return to normal life. So, on March 17, experts Kuznetsovsk city employment centre together with coach LLC "Partner's Image" was held the training seminar on the theme: "peculiarities of adaptation of participants of military actions in conditions of peaceful life" for 15 demobilized soldiers - members of ATO, who are registered in the employment center in search of work. The purpose of this meeting is social-psychological adaptation and employment of people who were in extreme conditions, in war zones, the preservation of their health and performance after exposure to extreme factors. After a long stay under the pressure of difficult life circumstances causes a powerful negative impact to the health, values and personality relationships. The training participants got acquainted with the types of conflicting personalities, allowing each to be more critical to their own behavior and consciously build strategy and tactics of communication with conflict. "The most difficult for the combatants is the period that occurs immediately after returning to the house, the soldiers often bring the stereotypes of thinking and behavior in wartime. Some start to "adapt", I don't stand out from the crowd, but not all do it, and they remain "fighters" for life. Man looks for a way out, but not always, has the potential, which contributes independently to solve the problem," - said in his speech coach, crisis psychologist Olga Yakovleva. The event was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The participants were unanimous that active life position, belief in yourself every participant of the ATO, with the support of the employment service and social partners, will enable them to realize themselves professionally and to return to peaceful life.
