In Chernihiv held a seminar on the implementation of electronic public procurement in the system ProZorro
21 March for representatives of business circles of the city of Chernihiv in the conference room of the city Council held a seminar-training on the implementation of electronic public procurement in the system ProZorro. ProZorro – system, created on the initiative of public organizations, commercial sites, government agencies and entrepreneurs. Goal is transparent and effective spending of public funds and prevent corruption through public scrutiny and to increase the number of suppliers. This electronic system of public procurement, which works in pilot mode, is used by government agencies, enterprises and organizations on a voluntary basis. The participants in the workshop learned what is e-procurement system, what are the conditions of registration for participation in the auction, how much is the submission of a proposal, how to appeal against purchasing conditions and also to assess the benefits of public procurement ProZorro that ensures transparent selection of the winner, new markets, the opportunity to increase their own profit.
