In Vinnytchyna created team to ensure effective decentralization (photo)
on Wednesday, March 23, in the press center of the Department of information activities and communications with public relations regional state administration held the team presentation on the project "Development of the policy of strengthening local self-government in Ukraine" (PULSE). The project introduces the Association of cities of Ukraine with the support of the U.S. Agency of international development USAID. The implementation team of the project was Executive Director of the Vinnitsa regional branch of the Association of cities of Ukraine Vladyslav Filatov, an expert on budgetary issues of the project PULSE Igor Vernigor, the legal expert of the project PULSE Sergei Romanovich and expert in information support of the project PULSE in Vinnytsia region Elena Pavlova. The participants of the project "Development of the policy of strengthening local self-government in Ukraine" (PULSE) set themselves a number of tasks, among which the formation of legal framework at community level to ensure the effectiveness of decentralization, to increase the resources of local government, improving the ability of the main participants of decentralization, in particular employees of local self-government sphere in terms of empowerment and civil society activists for more active participation at the local level. The project organizers are confident that he will bring not only theoretical but also of practical use in the near future.
