In Vinnytsia region for receiving improper benefits, the coroner will be punished
Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings in respect of the forensic medical expert of the Vinnitsa regional Bureau is judicial-medical examination. As the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office Sergey Kozyr, the offender received from the person undue benefit in the amount of 2000 UAH per records available in the expert opinion of the damage and writing a conclusion indicating the average severity of injuries. Actions of the malefactor are qualified on h. 3 of article 368-4 of the criminal code of Ukraine, i.e. obtaining expert improper personal benefit for acts using their powers in the interests of those providing such benefit. Extras: the sanction of part 3 of article 368-4 of the criminal code of Ukraine provides for punishment by a fine from seven hundred n ' fifty to one thousand tax-free minimum incomes, or correctional labor for a term of one to two years, or with arrest for the term up to six months, or restraint of liberty for a term of two to n’five years, or imprisonment for the same term, with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
