The Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region discussed the implementation of Executive activities
In the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region held an operational meeting chaired by the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia region’Vyacheslav towns of Sokolov with the participation of heads of local prosecutors, their deputies responsible for implementation of Executive activities, the employees of the branch office of the regional Prosecutor's office, chiefs of the Main departments of Deligeoroglou and GIS of territorial administration of justice on the state Executive service, which discussed the question of the status of implementation of activities of Executive bodies of Prosecutor's office of area. Opening the meeting, the’Vyacheslav Sokolove noted that despite substantial legislative changes regarding the implementation of the authority in the exercise representation of interests of citizen or state in court, reducing the number of employees in local prosecution offices, significant the burden on them, it is necessary to ensure efficiency of activity of Executive bodies of the Procurator for the protection of the interests of the state and the citizen in court proceedings. The meeting also discussed the problematic issues in the work of local prosecutors. On this occasion, were heard the explanations of their leaders. During the first quarter of 2016 on the field before'revealed to 103 claims in the amount of 20.1 million UAH. Satisfied 45 claims totaling 57 million USD executed court decisions on the claims of prosecutors in the amount of 15 million UAH. Summing up, In’Vyacheslav Sokolovi stressed the need to become more active in all areas of work to the bodies of Prosecutor's office of area is successfully rozw’all tied up complicated and responsible tasks of the present.
