In the Rivne region in obtaining undue advantage exposed the investigator to the police
31 March 2016, the staff of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region together with employees of Management of security service of Ukraine in the Rovno area exposed the police of one of regional departments of GU National police in the Rivne region during extortion and receiving 2 thousand UAH of illegal benefit. The Deputy Prosecutor of the Rivne region Andrey Borovik said that the funds for the police investigator promised not to involve the citizen to criminal responsibility on the fact of theft. Now clarified all the circumstances of the Commission of a criminal offense under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine (obtaining undue advantage, combined with extortion). - The Lieutenant of police declared suspicion in the Commission of a crime. He is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. The issue of electing a suspect measure of restraint and removal from office, - informed the Prosecutor.
