In Tyachiv local Prosecutor's office the inhabitant of Hanychi village Tyachiv district and stated that on 29 March 2016 on one of the gas stations in the area he was injured by the police. On the specified fact Tacso local Prosecutor's office included information in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations on signs of the criminal offense provided by part 2 of article 365 of the criminal code of Ukraine - excess of authority or official powers by a law enforcement officer, which sanction provides till eight years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years.
