The international Republican Institute to teach members of Chernivtsi city Council
the two-day training seminar for the deputies of Chernivtsi city Council, April 7-8, will hold the international Republican Institute. During training exercises, the deputies will consider the forms,methods and tools of parliamentary work, particularly the budget process and management of municipal property, the mechanism of application of the Rules of the local Council, legal basis and forms of work of the permanent commissions, parliamentary groups and factions, the establishment of effective forms of work of deputies with society, the impact of decentralization on the work of the city Council. With the deputies of Chernivtsi city Council as coaches will be to work with well-known experts of local self-government Alexander Solontay and Andrey Osipov.
