Forty of the heads of condominiums of Lutsk had an opportunity to be trained in a special program
For two days in Lutsk hosted a seminar for presidents of condominiums “performance management of condominiums in modern conditions”. It was hosted by the Institute of municipal management (Kyiv). The event was attended by first Deputy mayor Taras Yakovlev and member of the Executive Committee is Roman Bondaruk. Forty of the heads of condominiums of Lutsk had an opportunity to be trained in a special program. Among the topics discussed were: the Reform of the housing sphere of Ukraine; Legal aspects of organizing the activities of the condominium; the Cost, Peculiarities of accounting and taxation; Technical aspects of maintenance of apartment buildings; the Involvement of professional managers in the management and maintenance of the condominium; the loan to Finance energy efficiency measures.
