In 2015, innovation in the industry engaged 25 companies in Vinnitsa
According to Main Directorate of statistics in the Vinnitsa region in 2015, innovation in the industry engaged in 25 businesses, and their share in the number of surveyed firms is 14.7%. For this indicator, Vinnytsia oblast ranks 13th among the regions of Ukraine. Almost all innovation active enterprises belong to processing industry (96%), of whom 38% are enterprises producing food products and beverages; almost one third of enterprises for the production of chemicals; the fifth part of enterprises belongs to the building. Among innovation-active companies 15 engaged in production of innovative products, 11 companies – implemented new innovative processes, of which 5 low-waste, resource-saving. For 2015 industry in the region was introduced 26 new technological processes. 69 mastered innovative products, of which 27 are new types of technology. All products released by the enterprises of the processing industry. Of them 41% of the enterprises of food industry; almost one third of the enterprises producing chemicals and chemical products; the fourth part accounts for the enterprises of machine-building complex. To improve manufacturing processes 5 area businesses acquired 35 new technologies. The amount spent on innovation has made 575,3 mn. The main source of financing of expenses on realisation of innovations is own funds. Almost all the companies focused on the acquisition of machinery, equipment and software. In 2015, 20 enterprises have implemented innovative products and the share of enterprises that were surveyed amounts to 11.8 per cent. The volume of sales amounts to 192,4 million USD. and for a quarter of enterprises implemented product is new to the market. Sales of products outside Ukraine were engaged 7 companies that Ukraine sold UAH 2.6 million.
