the Economic court of the Transcarpathian region once again supported the position of the regional Prosecutor's office, as representative of the interests of the state and State ecoinspection in the Transcarpathian region – the plaintiff in a commercial case in a dispute on illegal use of forest resources in Uzhansky national nature Park administration of the institution. As noted in the Department of representation of interests of citizen or state in court and in the execution of judgments of the regional Prosecutor's office, a priority for our region remains the preservation of forest resources and the legality of their use, especially about’objects of natural reserve Fund. Thus, the Prosecutor's office found that officials of Uzhansky NPP during the sanitary felling on the territory entrusted to them the violations of requirements of environmental legislation, including the illegal felling of 285 trees in a conservation area, than caused damage in the amount of nearly 830 thousand UAH. Voluntarily Uganski SPE are recognized and paid only UAH 1234., the balance of the amount charged to the budget enforced at the suit of the Prosecutor, who is satisfied with the decision of the commercial court.
