Last week with the aim of attracting participants of the ATO to obtain assistance and consultations, the representatives of the Centre for assistance to participants of ATO at the regional state administration held a reception in Ovruch and Narodychi districts. Representatives of the Centre aim at providing military personnel with comprehensive information about all benefits and rights of participants of antiterrorist operation. Julia Tolmacheva, volunteer and coordinator of the Centre, said: "During the period of the Centre we were approached 3380 persons. The issues not only for participants of the ATO and members of their families. As of April 15 their number is 3145, which is more than 90% of all problems turn to us. The result is, therefore, invite those who have not used the Centre, to go and get help". Most of the demobilized in narodichy and Ovruch were interested in the issues of psychological rehabilitation, employment, opportunities to improve their health in sanatoria and health resorts, obtain land for development. Representatives of the Center said that soldiers have the opportunity to get professional advice and answers to questions: how to get the status of a participant ATO, what documents do I need for sanatorium treatment of participants of the ATO, about the social and psychological adaptation of participants of anti-terrorist operation, how to obtain land and material assistance, additional safeguards mobilized, and the like.
