In Vinnytsia oblast initiated a comprehensive review of measures of the state policy in the field of civil protection
April 18, according to the plan of main activities of civil protection in 2016, approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in Vinnytsia region has begun work the Commission of State service of Ukraine for emergency situations. A comprehensive review, which will be held on 18 and 29 April, headed by the Deputy Chairman of gschs of Ukraine Oleg Avera’Janov. During his speech in the Vinnytsia oblast state administration, head of the Commission noted that the purpose of comprehensive inspection is to determine the level of organization, planning and implementation of measures of state policy in the field of civil protection, as well as to provide comprehensive assistance to the structural units of the Vinnytsia regional state administration, GU gschs of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region, the specialized services of civil protection, enterprises, institutions and organizations in ensuring fire and technogenic safety. The personnel of operative-rescue service of the region, heads of regional and municipal authorities was presented to the commissioners of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations. To verify the efficiency and effectiveness of all services responding to potential emergencies, the Commission also planned the work on the Executive Committee of Vinnytsia city Council, in Lipovetska, Zhmerinka, Kalynivka, Mogyliv-Podilskyi, Haisyn and districts of the region, as well as in city Ladyzhin.
