So, for three months of 2016 the investigators 26 criminal proceedings initiated on corruption offenses, including 15 prosecution authorities 11 – the police. Prosecutors in the trial for three months already passed 12 indictments against 12 people suspected of corruption. On sent to court indictments concerning crimes 10 floor’connected with the receipt of undue advantage (articles 368-369-2 of the criminal code), one regarding the misappropriation, embezzlement and embezzlement of budgetary funds (article 191 of the criminal code) and abuse of official position (article 364 of the criminal code of Ukraine).
