In the Transcarpathian region Rakhiv liquidators of the Chernobyl accident to share their own experiences with youth
April 26, the day of the 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl disaster, in a secondary school ¹1 of the city of Rakhiv met pupils of 6-11 classes of this institution with the liquidators of the Chernobyl accident Ivan and Vasily Visucom Reznikom. The event was held on the initiative of rescuers Rakhiv district Department of Management DSNS Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region and the management of district libraries. Children joyfully greeted the distinguished guests of the concert, during which recited poems and sang songs dedicated to the brave and dedicated people – to the heroes-liquidators of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. In turn, the liquidators told the kids about the terrible tragedy 26 April 1986 the world was shocked. At that time Ivan Moysyuk worked as an inspector for fire protection of the Rakhiv district and, when his companion refused to go to Chernobyl, without any doubt went in his stead. Returning home, fireman rested not long, because when I heard that the exclusion Zone volunteers needed – signing up for that again. The total time that Ivan had been in the disaster area, is 6 months. During the story of Basil Reznika the children learned about the harmful effects of radiation on human beings, about the ways to protect the body from him, about the procedure for radiation danger and other useful information. According to the liquidators themselves, such events give strength to live, because it shows the indifference of the young generation to the pain that you carry through the years in the heart of the people in the fire boevok.
