for almost a month in schools, vocational schools and preschool institutions of the region held a Week of children knowledge of health and safety restrictions. In fact, according to statistics, accidents involving children, their pranks at leisure often leads to tragedy. To prevent injuries and deaths of children during emergency events, employees of gschs actively carried out a series of interesting educational and entertaining activities for life safety. One of these good lessons, April 29 with students of Junior classes Zhytomyr city Lyceum No. 25 of them. M. A. Shchorsa rescuers held a quiz called “there is No smoke without fire!”. Employees of gschs in the accessible form told the rules of safe behavior at home and on the street, the causes of emergencies, ways of their avoidance and the action in the face of danger. Besides theoretical knowledge, the students received practical skills of using a fire extinguisher. No less interesting event also took place on the basis of Zhytomyr General educational school of i-III stages No. 12. At the beginning of the management of the institution was formed 4 student groups among 6th graders. Each team must pass 4 platform – fire and rescue , fire, medical and sports. On the court “Fire” the participants got acquainted with the primary means of fire and were able to personally apply them during a simulated fire. In addition, the employee gschs once again reminded the students not only how to avoid trouble, but also how to act in case of a particular emergency event and what number to call in rescue service. On the court “Medical” employees of red cross Society of Ukraine taught students the rules of first aid and held competitions. The guys on the site «Sporting» demonstrated those qualities that are inherent in the people of manly profession “Rescuer”: It - courage, quick response, excellent physical shape, care, courage, desire to help people. But the greatest delight of children called the site “Fire and rescue». It was there that fire in the yard’minutes of the school showed the kids the fire and rescue equipment and extinguished a conditional fire. “Statistics show that most people, including children, have been killed as a result of natural disasters, technogenic and socio-political nature. Children often die or are injured on the roads during fires. That is why modern man should know the fundamentals of health and safety. Therefore, such events are very important, because through these trainings and conversations can teach children the culture of safe behavior, as well as in practice to reinforce the need for daily compliance with safety rules.
