30 April - Day of mourning in the city of Chernihiv
For the commemoration of a deceased member of the antiterrorist operation Rogal Vyacheslav Vasilyevich, the major of Armed Forces of Ukraine and of memory of soldiers – participants of anti-terrorist operation that died defending the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, civilians in the East of Ukraine, in Chernigov 30 April 2016 declared a Day of mourning. The corresponding order was signed by Chernihiv city Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko. In a sign of mourning for the dead on the buildings and structures of bodies of state Executive power, local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city will be flown at half-mast State Flag of Ukraine with black ribbon. By order of the mayor on this day will be limited to the conduct of entertainment, concert events in the city, banned the sound of music entertainment in markets, institutions trade and restaurant economy, in public transport, street broadcast.
