Employees of the local Prosecutor's office Vinnytsia and Vinnytsia city police Department of the Main Directorate of the National police in Vinnytsia region held a joint operation, and detained the master of industrial practice one of professionally-technical educational institutions of the cities on extortion and obtaining illegal benefit in the amount of 1500 USD from a student of the institution for the accounting internship and admission to the exams. As noted by the Prosecutor of Vinnytsia local Prosecutor Sergey Kozyr, the detainee declared suspicion in Commission of a crime under part 3 St. 368 criminal code of Ukraine. The court chose the measure of restraint in the form of house arrest. In criminal proceedings conducted initial investigations to ensure full, comprehensive and impartial examination of circumstances of the criminal offense.
