Bogdan got behind the wheel of the motorbike unregistered “Viper”. On the road in the village of Lye, a young driver lost control and knocked down 4-year-old girl. From his injuries the child died in intensive care. Examination showed that the driver of the motorcycle was sober. He was arrested and placed in IVS. On this fact police opened criminal proceedings on part 2 of article 286 of the criminal code (Violation of traffic rules, entailed death of the victim).
