Yesterday in the Executive Committee of the city Council of Lutsk completed the external surveillance audit. A group of auditors from the independent certification body "Global Certifik", in accordance with the certification guidelines, conducted a sample objective test of activities of Executive bodies. By the way, this year "celebrates" 10 years from the moment the Executive Committee of Lutsk city Council received its first Quality Certificate and took a course on change management principles, management system to ensure the comfort of life of residents, provide quality services, create a favorable environment for life, work, business, recreation and improve the welfare of residents of the city.
