16 may on the basis of the rehabilitation Center "Harmony" was launched Training program "Creating a world without barriers" , which implements Public organization of young people with disabilities "Harmony" and the Department of social and youth policy of the Vinnytsia regional state administration. For the first training group arrived with M. Khmilnyk, Koziatyn M., Khmelnitsky and Kozaytyn district. The aim of the programme is to raise standards of social services provision through the acquisition of knowledge, developments of skills by the program participants to create an accessible environment according to the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities in close collaboration of government, community, business and media. The involvement of people with disabilities, as experienced partners, the decision-making process and implementation of reforms in the communities of Vinnytsia region. The objectives of the program: 1.1. To increase participants ' awareness program on disability on the basis of the UN Convention on the rights of persons with disabilities; 1.2. To raise awareness and share experience of formulating strategies, sector programs, solutions tailored to the issues on creation of accessible environment. 1.3. To gain skills of communicating with people with disabilities of various nosologies ; 1.4. Enhance the experience of program participants on the importance of involving a wide range of partners from community, government, business and the media to cooperate during the implementation of reforms and the adoption of inclusive solutions ; 1.5. To provide the opportunity to develop their own plans, the programs in small groups with feedback to colleagues regarding the application of the knowledge acquired during the studies ; Natalia Zabolotna, the Director of the Department of social and youth policy of the Vinnytsia regional state administration noted that scheduled for 7 three-day seminars. The training invited people with disabilities, youth from the program "the Responsibility starts with you, representatives of the departments of social protection territorial centres "Transparent offices", the social services Centres of the districts of Vinnytsia region, to the districts and the town had a powerful team of like-minded people who can reinforce each other to create an accessible environment and the adoption of inclusive solutions. Stressed that accessibility affects everyone, and everyone felt the inconvenience that create barriers: architectural, informational, institutional, and most of all mentally, which cause the formation of other barriers. Natalia Zabolotna expressed the hope team interaction in questions of creation of accessibility in Vinnytsia region and expressed readiness to support the activity. Raisa Panasyuk added that sometimes it seems that we all know and wish to spend the time to study, but things are changing rapidly.And if we want to live better, then you need to do together and the conditions in which it will be safe and comfortable life of every individual: for adults and children, and people with disabilities and people without disabilities. Raisa noted that the coaches of the team "Harmony": Chornobryvko Nicholas, Chernobrovina Elena Zhukovskaya Suzanne, Nicky Lyudmila trained abroad, therefore, all the acquired knowledge and skills will give the participants. And ready to continue to advise and support initiatives to create an accessible inclusive space. The training commenced.
