From 11 to 16 may, the delegation visited Ternopil physicians in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara (Georgia) with the aim of establishing cooperation in the field of health’I to improve management and working methods in the medical-preventive institutions of the city. During the working trip to Ternopil doctors visited the international University hospital – International = University Hospital, unit of which is equipped with the latest digital equipment that allows in a short time to deliver a diagnosis and prescribe optimal treatment. In Ternopil two surgeons participated in the surgery. Thoracic surgeon with CZ THOR “the Ternopil regional hospital» Igor gumenny took part in the first in the history of Batumi cardoral open surgery on the aorta – operation of Benalla, which was conducted by a Professor from Istanbul Ergun Demirsoy. And Oncology clinic in Batumi with the participation of a gynecologist Ternopil city municipal hospital ¹2 Oleg Danilyuk, surgery was performed. During the trip between the Department of health’I and medical care, Ternopil city Council, in the person of Deputy head Olga Yarmolenko, and the Ministry of health’I and social protection of Ajara Autonomous Republic, in the person of First Deputy Minister Levan Gorgiladze, signed a Memorandum of cooperation.
