MPs consider amendments to the regional programs, changes to the regional budget, the questions of municipal ownership, appeals of deputies and public organizations. The Director of the Department of Finance of the regional state administration Anna Yemchenko reported to the MPs about the changes they are planning in the regional budget. In particular, available Fund balances from the regional budget should be allocated for the most needed repairs in the field of education and equipment registry for the issuance of certificates to graduates; financing treatment of cancer patients, rehabilitation of offices for members of ATU, functioning MRI; repair pool school "Avangard"; to health in cities and regions, and the like.
