According to her, as of may 1, 2016, the wage arrears were 53 enterprises (including 23 economically active enterprises, 26 enterprises bankrupt and 4 economically inactive enterprises) and made in the whole area of 14.7 million USD. In the structure of the total debt of 5.4 mill. USD. or 36.6% are economically active enterprises 6.7 million UAH. or 45,4% — in entities for which implemented the procedure for restoring a debtor's solvency or recognizing it bankrupt, others - 2.6 million USD. — for enterprises which have suspended their production and economic activity in 2016 and previous years. On the dynamics of repayment of debt on salary payment of the previous month (ie until 1 April 2016) was held on the repayment of debts by 0.9 mln. or 5.5% and, at the same time, there was a growth of debt of 4.6 million UAH. or is 45.5% to the beginning of the year (debt as of 01.01.2016, amounted to 10.1 million USD). A significant proportion of educated debt relative to the beginning of the year (2.9 million USD. or 79%) are the enterprises belonging to the OJSC SJSC "motor roads of Ukraine". The reduction of debt since the beginning of this year occurred only in the master's and Kozaytyn areas. The total number of workers who owes the businesses in different categories as of may 1, 2016 is 3640 persons, of which 43% ( 1561 people) - employees of economically active enterprises, 28% (1004 people) – bankrupt Enterprises, 29% (1075 people) - economically inactive enterprises. The largest share of the debt falls on other forms of ownership of 88%, which is 12,9 mln. least of all a communal form of ownership - 3% - 0.4 million USD. 9% or 1.4 million USD. - enterprises of state form of ownership. By activity among economically active enterprises the main share of the debt (2.9 million USD). have the field of transport, where almost a thousand workers not paid salary. The members of the Commission, addressed heads of the enterprises having debts on payment of wages , records of the Vice-chairmen of district state administrations and mayors of those areas where it has accumulated the biggest debt.
