In Zhytomyr region dialogue between government and civil society should be constructive

The event was initiated by the OSCE project coordinator in Ukraine in cooperation with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the framework of the project "improving the institutional capacity of the Government of Ukraine and civil society institutions to be effective partners in the decision-making processes". Speakers of the seminar: Deputy Director of the Department of information and public relations, head of Department of assistance to development of civil society and communications with the public skmu Natalia Oksha; an employee of the office of OSCE project Coordinator in Ukraine Olga lake; the OSCE experts – Vladimir kupriy and Alexander Vinnikov, the Director of the Department of information activities and communication of Vinnytsia regional state administration Svetlana Vasilyuk. In their speeches, the speakers noted that holding public consultation is becoming increasingly important in decision-making, both at the Central and regional levels. "To dialogue between the government and civil society was constructive, the parties must clearly understand their rights and obligations", – said the expert of the OSCE Vladimir kupriy.
