To this end, in the current year in the court before the’revealed 30 claims amounting to more than 620 thousand USD, of which currently 18 are satisfied for the sum of 340 thousand UAH. Thanks to the efforts of the prosecutors to restore the rights of children of preferential category of property, housing, social protection. Prosecutors are engaged in the issues of the legality of disposal of the bodies of Executive power and bodies of local self-government property, land training, health and other institutions for children, the use of budget funds, aimed at implementation of programmes and activities on child protection. On the protection of state interests in the field of child care before’revealed claims 10 and 12 of the identified criminal offences. Juvenile prosecutors participate in consideration by courts of Affairs about the 95 adoption of children, deprivation of parental rights, removal of children from their parents without deprivation of parental rights. Often, just for the principled positions prosecutors judicial decisions are rendered in favor of the children. For example, the Supreme specialized court of Ukraine on consideration of civil and criminal cases on 6 April 2016 on the appeal of the regional Prosecutor's office cancelled the decision of the court of appeal of the Transcarpathian region, which, with the assistance of the guardianship and curatorship, 6 parents of minor children are being unjustly deprived of parental rights and the children transferred to the custody of the native aunt, who is the mother-the mother’Yu two children, no job, and receives only social assistance. In a field of bodies of Prosecutor's office of area constantly are issues of children's rights in the execution of judicial decisions in criminal cases and of other coercive measures. On these issues by bodies of Prosecutor's office of area brought 17 documents of public Prosecutor's reaction by results of which consideration taken for the resumption of the rights of minors to receive documents on obtaining basic secondary education, a passport of citizen of Ukraine, the payment of a lump sum after reaching 18 years of age, and the like. In addition, during the exercise of their powers of juvenile prosecutors pay special attention to the observance of the constitutional rights of children in criminal proceedings, the state of youth crime prevention. Through these measures, in the region there is a decrease in the number of crimes committed by juveniles.
