the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region is a procedural guide pre-judicial investigation in criminal proceedings on suspicion of the inhabitants of Vinnitsa in committing crimes under part 1 of article 263 and part 3 St. 307 criminal code of Ukraine. Pre-trial investigation found that during 2015, the suspect is illegally kept with intent to sell more than 11 kg of cannabis - especially dangerous narcotic drugs, turnover of which is prohibited, and more than 100 grams of amphetamine - psychotropic substances turnover of which is limited. At the same time, he discovered and seized an Arsenal of ammunition and explosive devices – more than 200 pieces of ammunition of different caliber, manual 5 offensive fragmentation grenades "RGD-5", 3 defensive hand grenades «f-1», 7 standardized fuses of hand grenades upgraded (uzrgm-2, uzrgm). During the investigation, according to the agreed with the Prosecutor to the petition, the court the suspect elected a measure of restraint in the form of detention with the right of Deposit in the amount of 150 000 hryvnia, which a few days were made by the suspect's relatives. However, it is established that the suspect during the investigation repeatedly without the permission of the investigator absented himself from the village where he lives, to influence the witnesses and their refusal to testify against him. He also has not handed over to store your own passport of citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad. In SV'connection with the establishment of these facts, the prosecution submitted to the court the petition and related materials, by results of which consideration the suspect changed the measure of restraint in the form of collateral to detention without the possibility for collateral and cash in the amount of UAH 150 000, on the basis of part 8, article 182 of the criminal procedure code of Ukraine turned into the income of the state and credited to the special Fund of the State budget of Ukraine. Additionally it should be noted that to ensure the confiscation of the property of the suspect (two apartments in the regional center, two plots of land and car) was seized.
