Villagers can obtain a housing loan at 3%: modalities and financing
With the aim of providing long-term concessional loans to the residents of Zhytomyr region to assist in the implementation of individual housing construction in rural areas is functioning KP "Regional Fund of support of individual housing construction in rural areas", the activity of which is regulated by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 05.10.1998 No. 1597 and the decision of Zhytomyr regional Council from 20.11.2014 No. 1361. This was stated by the Director of the municipal enterprise "Regional Fund of support of individual housing construction in rural areas of Zhytomyr regional Council Igor potapchuk. Borrowers of loans at the expense of credit resources of the Fund can be citizens of Ukraine who live, build the credit facilities in rural areas, in villages and towns and working in the local self-government bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations of agriculture, processing and service sectors of agriculture, farms, as well as in the social sphere, educational institutions, institutions of culture, healthcare, law enforcement, communications, other economic groups, irrespective of forms of ownership, located within the boundaries of the district, FL – private entrepreneurs, and rural pensioners. The loan is granted for a period of up to 20 years, and young families (spouse, where age of husband and wife does not exceed 35 years of age) or one-parent family (mother (father) aged 35 years) – up to 30 years, making use of them charges at the rate of 3% per annum, and for the construction of engineering networks up to 2 years. The loan amount is determined by the Fund taking into account the level of solvency of the individual developer and may not exceed the estimated cost of the credit facility and the maximum amount of credit in the amount of 100 thousand UAH. for the completion of the reconstruction of the house, the acquisition of property and 200 thousand UAH. for the construction of a new residential building. In 2016 allocated to Zhytomyr region from the state budget of 1 million 200 thousand UAH from the regional – 850 thousand, and from the district – 50 thousand — "Today in the region for the entire period of activities of the Fund loan used 1300 rural families for a total amount of 23 million UAH", – said Igor potapchuk. Following the meeting adopted a plan for further development of support for individual rural construction.
