Yesterday , June 1, ended the second day of discussion of proposals for a long-term plan for the formation of communities of Vinnytsia region. The meeting of the regional working group to ensure openness and transparency when changes the Perspective plan of formation of territories of communities of Vinnytsia region was held under the chairmanship of the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko. During the meeting, with the aim of fulfilling the tasks defined by the Law of Ukraine "On voluntary Association of territorial communities", according to the schedule, interviews were conducted with officials from district state administrations and district councils of the region on the harmonization changes the Perspective plan for the formation of communities of Vinnytsia region. There are many problems, but to develop a common approach - maximum compliance procedures and the Law. Ahead - analysis and modeling communities, especially at the borders areas where planned many small and not wealthy community.
