Land near the Park 900th anniversary of Lutsk returned to the community town
Thanks to the Prosecutor's office of the community of the regional center returned three plots of land of 0.1 hectares, with a value of 302 thousand UAH. located on Kosmonavtov street near the Park 900th anniversary of Lutsk. Recall, despite the fact that the decision of the Executive Committee of Lutsk city Council on granting in property to citizens of these lands was recognized illegal and cancelled Lutsk city district court at the suit of the Prosecutor of the city of Lutsk in the spring of 2002, the order of the Lutsk city mayor in 2009, citing the court cancelled the decision of the Executive Committee, parcels of land were assigned to the mail room, but their "owners" issued state acts of title to land. Therefore, the Prosecutor of the city of Lutsk in the state's interests turned to Lutsk city district court with the claims against the Lutsk city Council, the Department of Goszemagenstva of Ukraine in Lutsk district and the owners of the sites to declare invalid the state acts on the property right, to cancel their state registration and return the land to the community. Now on the execution of court decisions adopted by the Lutsk city district court in 2015 in the cases of the Prosecutor of the city of Lutsk, Lutsk city Council registered the right of ownership of the land and returned to the municipal property.
