Andrew Gyzhko said the situation is unusual, providing the following explanation: "in the Past year due to the spasmodic work of a number of nuclear power plants, Ladyzhyn CHPP received a very large order for the production of electricity, utilizing 5 or even all 6 units. This caused a large increase in the production of thermal energy by the enterprise in 2015. And now at Ladyzhyn thermal power station have minus 34%. This decline led to decrease in indicators of industry in Vinnytsia region as a whole. Therefore, the index of industrial production amounted to 93.0% of the corresponding period of 2015, that is minus 7%".
