June 7, at the Center of preparation and improvement of professional skill of workers of bodies of state power, bodies of local self-government in Vinnytsia region held a seminar "Activity of the centers of providing administrative services as an integrated office and devolution of powers on provision of administrative services". The event was held with the assistance of regional state administration, the Centre for political and legal reforms (Kyiv PhD), research Center of local self-government (B. lions) and the financial support of the representative office of the Friedrich Naumann Foundation in Ukraine. In the seminar took part the head of the Center of administrative services "Transparent office" of Vinnytsia city Council Yevgen Ishchuk, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Centre for political and legal reforms Victor Tymoshchuk, Deputy Chairman of the management Board of the Centre for research of local self-government Igor Bryhilevych, managers and administrators centers of administrative services district administrations and cities of regional subordination, representatives of the structural subdivisions of the authorities who are directly involved in the provision of administrative services. "The aim of our activities is to increase the number Snapw and improve the quality of their work" – said Viktor Tymoshchuk. The seminar discussed issues on improving the activities of the centers of providing administrative services taking into account the experience of the Center of administrative services "Transparent office" of Vinnytsia city Council and centres acting on the territory of Volyn region. Also discussed was the relationship between the centers of administrative services and the Central Executive authorities for the transfer of powers on state registration of real rights to immovable property.
