In Chernihiv June 8 – Day of mourning

To honor the memory of the deceased member of the antiterrorist operation Bear Igor Nikolaevich, member of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and of memory of soldiers – participants of anti-terrorist operation that died defending the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, civilians in the East of Ukraine, in the city of Chernihiv on 8 June 2016 declared a Day of mourning. The corresponding decree was signed by first Deputy mayor Michael Shostak. On this day, as a sign of mourning for those killed in the buildings and structures of bodies of state Executive power, local self-government, enterprises, institutions and organizations of the city will be provided prispuschennye the national flag of Ukraine with black ribbon. In addition, on the territory of the city will be limited for entertainment and concert events.
