In Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office revealed serious violations in the use of state agricultural land
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region the state of legality in the sphere of use of state lands for agricultural purposes on the territory Pogrebischenske district. It is established that on the territory of the village Council Roskapostia one of the private farms illegally, without any permits and contracts, employs two land plots with a total area of over 50 hectares, which in recent years are used for growing grain crops. With the goal of bringing perpetrators to justice, identify and redress, data on of committing crimes under part 1 of article 197-1 of the criminal code of Ukraine, the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region entered in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations.
