June 7, Zhytomyr regional state administration passed meeting of the regional operational headquarters for the preparation and organization of rehabilitation and recreation for children. The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Yaroslav Laguta and head of the Department of family, youth and sports of the regional state administration Svetlana GRES. "We conduct these workshops in order to discuss all issues. And if there are problems, you have to eliminate them, so our children have a good rest," said Yaroslav Laguta. During the meeting considered the question of the organization of the work of school camps this summer. The region is now organized 289 such camps in 22 districts of the region, which rests more than 17 thousand children. In addition, all institutions of rehabilitation and recreation region reserved for the territorial health care facilities. Each camp has medical personnel who are on the grounds of the facility around the clock and provided with medicines for emergency medical care. To date, 519 children were restored to health in sanatoriums of Zhytomyr region. In particular, 201 children passed SANATORNO-resort treatment in the regional children's tuberculosis sanatorium "Forest beach".
