Lutsk local Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings about the number of frauds committed by 27-year-old entrepreneur from Dubna. From June 2013 to may 2015, the attacker cheated 14 people, promising to manufacture and assemble trees they'Yana or metal at home. Having signed with gullible clients contract for execution of works and taking up a considerable advance payment, the scammer disappeared. The stolen money has spent for own needs. During a pretrial investigation it is established that in this way the attacker seized cash totaling 606 300 USD. Now he is accused of fraud, re-committed, caused significant damage to victims (criminal offense under part 2 of article 190 of the Criminal code of Ukraine). The fate of the attacker will determine the court. The bodies of the Prosecutor's office appeal to Volyn with the request to be cautious when signing dubious deals and the implementation of prepayment services, as well as to inform about the known facts of such fraudulent actions, addressing statements to law enforcement.
