Sergey Savchuk in her opening remarks expressed gratitude to the regional administration, which initiated the first thematic seminar on the region of Vinnytsia. The head of Saee of Ukraine held a presentation regarding the market for energy services, its economic potential and outlined the working mechanisms of energy service agreements (performance contracts) Upon completion of the program of the seminar, the parties signed a Memorandum of partnership for the implementation of legislation to improve the energy efficiency of buildings of public institutions. The purpose of such cooperation is the integration and coordination of efforts to facilitate implementation of energy efficiency measures and energy efficiency in public buildings through the conclusion of energy service agreements that will achieve the performance comfort in buildings without increasing the budget expenditures.
