In Vinnytsia oblast psychologists create and develop entrepreneurial competence among high school students (photo)
At the initiative of the Training and methodological center of psychological service of the education system in Vinnytsia region the Methodists psychological services districts/cities in the region, practical psychologists and social teachers of educational institutions of the region in June this year passed training and received certificates for their participation in the school of interactive training of teachers for the programme "School initiative and entrepreneurship" from Vinnytsia Academy of continuing education. Trained specialists will create school clubs businesses, among whose task will be the development and implementation by students of their ideas, acquire the necessary competencies to achieve your own success in the preparation of business plans and professional career, working in a team. Clubs will work with the software modules "Psychology group", "Comfort in the uniqueness," "Want-can-will", where great attention is paid to the psychology of communication, formation of attitudes, beliefs, economic and critical thinking to quickly assess themselves, their aspirations and opportunities, to assess the situation and find the optimal solution, to take responsibility for decisions, values of partnership and cooperation in business. In schools that have already implemented this program, created blogs describing the activities of clubs, schools in this direction and personal creativity of students, share information, take pride in their accomplishments and discuss concerns.
