“Volynianka” celebrated anniversary
12 June in the Palace of culture in Lutsk city held celebrations on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of dance ensemble “Volynianka” (head Elena Kozachuk) and the 20th anniversary of the creation of ensemble of folk music “Volynianka” (Director Andrey Rychlak). More than two hours, continued the concert program, which once again showed the high mastery and artistic level of the teams that are famous not only in Volyn. Folk games, fun, ritual ceremonies, vocal and choreographic, musical compositions accompanied by loud applause and ovations of the audience. The highlight of the concert was folk act “Oh Spring, Vesnica!” with authentic songs, games, dances and rituals of the cycle of spring holidays in the region of Volyn and Western Polissya staged by Olena Kozachuk and honored worker of culture of Ukraine Oleg Kozachok.
