Director of the Lutsk enterprise of elektrotransport Igor Gritsuk for consideration by the Executive Committee introduced the draft programme of development of the enterprise electric vehicle for 2016 - 2020. He stressed that today at the enterprise there are a number of issues that require priority solutions for further effective operation, namely: modernization of the system for dispatch, notification of passengers and payment for journey in city electrotransport. The current system is technologically outdated and morally, and this affects both the quality of service and quality of the work. The rolling stock of the enterprise also requires updates, which is an important factor in the development of the enterprise. The structural elements of a contact network do not provide a reliable strums m and make it impossible to increase the speed of a rolling stock on routes, therefore, require capital repairs and reconstruction. Technological administrative and production buildings of the enterprise is also in need of major repair and reconstruction. Igor Gritsuk believes that with the adoption of a Programme of enterprise development, improve the level of satisfaction of needs of population in quality and safe transportation with electric vehicles, will improve ecological conditions in the leisure zones and dense residential development, will regain their equilibrium and preferential social tariffs for journey. Among the projected effects: efficient use of electricity; expansion of volume of operation of the rolling stock and equipment for electric transport, which will contribute to the economic strengthening of businesses; reduced financial costs through a system of payment for travel and due to the radical decrease in the use of cash; due to the overhaul of production and administrative buildings will stop their further destruction. The program provides for: the upgrading, modernization of rolling stock and the catenary; the development of new types of rolling stock with a high level of innovation and modern equipment; overhaul and reconstruction of industrial, technological and administrative buildings.
